How does Shadoblix Farm ship it's orders?

Upon confirmation / receipt of payment  your order usually ships next business day.
Orders placed on a Friday will be processed and shipped the next business day (Monday)
All our orders are shipped via Canada Post.
We have never experienced a loss or damage to an order, while using their services.

How long will shipping take?
All shipment times are approximate and depend on the post office and customs.
Shipping times will vary based on geographical distances.
Shipping time starts after we receive payment and item is physically shipped.

What are your Return/Refund Policies?

Shadoblix Farm understands that sometimes a product may not fulfill your needs and may need to be returned. As we appreciate your business, we will make your return transaction smooth and prompt. Your return will be credited to your method of payment within 15 days of receiving your return. Please allow two billing cycles for your return to show on your statement. We will pay for the shipping cost only if your return is the result of an incorrect shipment, a damaged package, or defective product. If for any reason other than those stated above you decide to return the product, you will receive a full refund (not including initial shipping charge, return shipping charges, and restocking fees).

Returns information
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Please contact Shadoblix Farm via our "Contact Us' page,  prior to returning any merchandise, for authorization and return instructions. Please include a copy of the original invoice # so we can process your return quickly. Details of why the product did not fulfill your expectations, would be greatly appreciated so that we can we can better fulfill our customers needs. We will only pay for the shipping cost if your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by Shadoblix Farm, a damaged item, or defective product.

NOTE: We only pay for ground service on returned shipments if the return is the result of an incorrect order, damaged item or defective product. We require you to pay for return shipping, original shipping, and restocking fees for any other reason.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

International customers are responsible for checking with their local customs office to see what is, and is not permitted to be shipped to their area.  We are not responsible, and cannot refund for items that are confiscated, destroyed, or returned by customs. You are also responsible for all taxes or customs your country may levy.
