Greek Seasoning

Use this blend as a marinade. Emulsify red wine with olive oil, add lemon juice and chopped garlic, 1 to 2 tsp. of seasoning  and marinate in the refrigerator a couple hours or overnight before cooking.

Ingredients: oregano, rosemary, dill, peppermint, sea salt, black pepper, garlic, lemon, bay leaf
