Ras el Hanout

Often called a Moroccan style curry, Ras el Hanout  can be made from any number of ingredients.  Translated, Ras el Hanout means ‘top of the shop’, ‘head of the shop’ or ‘best of the best’.

Use to season rice, poultry tagines (a Moroccan stew), couscous or meats.

Ingredients: sea salt, sugar, cinnamon, cayenne, cumin, ginger, coriander, pepper, turmeric, cloves, allspice, fennel
