Sri Lankan Curry

Great used for fish, or meat curry.  Use 1 tbsp. for every 1 lb of fish or meat.  For vegetable curry use 1/2 tbsp. of this blend.

Ingredients: coriander, cumin, anise, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, curry leaf, peppercorn, mustard seed, fenugreek, basmati rice
