To use your shrub, mix 1/2 oz (or to taste) with your favorite spirits or sparkling water.
Lemon Ginger Shrub Sour
Combine shrub, bourbon, and 2 cubes of ice in a cocktail shaker, and shake until frosty. Pour into a rocks glass, add the bitters, and top with club soda. Serve with cherry.
You can also mix with a good quality olive oil for a dressing for your salads.
Shake well before using.
Refrigerate after opening.
