Ras el Hanout

An aromatic blend of 12 spices.  Often called a Moroccan style curry.  Translated, Ras el Hanout means ‘top of the shop’, ‘head of the shop’ or ‘best of the best’.  Adds a pungently warm flavour to tagines, grains and vegetable dishes.

Ingredients: sea salt, sugar, cinnamon, cayenne, cumin, ginger, coriander, pepper, turmeric, cloves, allspice, fennel
