Tandoori Masala

Tandoori masala is used extensively with dishes as tandoori chicken.  In this dish, the chicken is covered with a mixture of plain yogurt and tandoori masala. The chicken is then roasted at a very high heat.  It can also be used on other meats and fish.

Ingredients:  coriander, cumin, garlic, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, mace, fenugreek, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom
